Habanero by Claire Desjardins

This I gleaned from Art MoCo:

Montreal painter Claire Desjardins has recently turned her hand to bold, colourful abstracts works that are a clear departure from her previous softer, more figurative pieces. These new series, full of vibrant movement, are an expression of the artist’s long-standing relationship with colour. Desjardins uses her palette in such a way as to render her works almost tactile invitations to an exploration of the spectrum.
